Do you know Cath Kidston and her beautiful products?
I just love her gorgeous, fun take on cottage style, but she is based out of London and her things are pretty pricey for me! One day last year I found this awesome planner at a local thrift store and it was mint!
What a find! It has pockets for every room, extra stickers, grids for floor plans and great guides for planning out your home. Since I was in an apartment, I knew I wanted to save it for when we found our home. And, yay, that time is now!
I altered the cover to suit my situation and I’ve begun to fill it up with my design notes and ideas. The items below are for the art/guest room:
By the way, I really impressed myself with my clever photo shoot that allows you to see the book and a tiny bit of my apartment and hardly ANY of the boxes stacked all over the place! If you like my little plant stake birdhouse, I learned how to make it here. I used paper scraps from Ephemera’s Vintage Garden digital download kit Cottage Garden. Isn’t it sweet?
Happy making, Friends!
